I have been looking into many health blogs in the past few days and I have been seeing a lot of “cut back on you’re eating.” Cutting back on your eating is probably the last thing you want to do! You do not want to cut back, its more like you want to watch what you eat and how many calories you intake.
You want to eat six small meals a day, small doesn’t mean one piece of fruit. If your body does not get enough nutrients your body will start gaining weight. It is very important that you watch what you eat also. Carbs are probably the biggest problem for all of us, also a lot of sugar is not good in many cases. Make sure you’re recording your six small meals. Don’t eat the same thing everyday, mix it up! The last thing I want to see is someone saying “I ate three small bowls of soup today.” Not healthy for your body!

Tea is a 3x healthier choice than coffee. Coffee simply contains to much caffeine, it contains 2 or 3x as much caffeine as tea. Also if you are trying to shed some pounds tea supposedly speeds up your metabolism. If you drink up to 5 cups of green tea a day, it will have you loosing about 70- 80 more calories per day. Additionally tea is calorie free, you can lose a pound a week if you chose to drink tea ( and of course exercise.)
Do you find yourself getting sick often? Tea is proven to strengthen your immune system, also proven tea is good for your bones. Tea is also good to drink while your sick, for a soar throat it may numb the pain for awhile, and also tea can clear a stuffy nose.

Boxing is a great way to learn how to fight and also get some great cardio in!
Thursday night boxing:
- putting hand wraps on
- 20 minute shadow box in the mirror
- Putting gloves on
- Punching bag for 20 mintes
- Punching pads with trainer for 20 minutes
- jump roaping for 20 minutes
- 100 crunches ( forward, left, right,)
I box mon- fri, in the morning. I love fighting and I don’t think that will ever change.

What is Yoga Good For?
Yoga is good for learning how to be flexible. Also many people say it relaxes you and strengthens your muscles. Additionally, yoga helps you learn how to breath while exercising. I agree I love a great yoga class. When I leave yoga, I feel alive and re energized!
Believe it or not Victorias Secret models don’t eat much of anything. They do not eat solids. Also they drink one gallon of water a day. Many of the models drink/ eat work out supplements ( not good for your heart.) Additional to the supplements they also drink most of their meals.
My Opinion:
In my opinion I would never have a diet like that. My diet consists of looking good and also being healthy. I do not take any work out supplements or drink any energy drinks. I do not even take any vitamins. All natural is the way to go.

Smoking could possibly be the dumbest thing anyone can/ could ever do. What do you get out of smoke, a headache, bad teeth, smelling gross? Also do you know how much money a smoker could save a year? Smoking is like throwing money out the window, and its also killing your body!
The leading chemical in a cigarette that makes someone addicted is tobacco. You can not smell or taste tobacco, although it is highly addictive. This chemical will make you feel like you NEED to smoke. Nicotine also is very deadly. It will raise your blood pressure and chances of having a heart attack. Nicotine may make you feel great at first ( more energy and excitement,) but in about 30 minutes you will be craving more.
I guarantee you every chemical in a cigarette is poisen. The tar in a cigarette will eventually build up on your bronchial tubes and make its way down to your lungs. Also carbon dioxide will be filling your lungs. This will eventually make it to your blood stream. Aside from all of this, cigarettes are loaded with major toxins, why would you want to put something like that into your body?
As a non smoker I dont understand why anyone would want to put that into their body. The main thing you will be harming in your body when you smoke is your heart. Why would you want to do that when your heart is the most important? Smokers are just poisoning their hole bodes and not even knowing it.
